Very clean room and daily cleaning Comfortable bed Great breakfast with Italian products Lots of options to choose from for the breakfest (including not sweet option, which is rare in Italy) The staff was super friendly and helpful The location is perfect - very close to metro station, bus, Vatican, good restaurants, gelato. You can also get to the Center by foot within 25 minutes. Very adorable, atmospheric old building, but apartament is modern The room was fully equipped with everything we needed - towels, toilet paper, soap, shower gel + shampoo, hygenic packet, slippers, tea

First of all, the Concierge was very kind. We had a lot to dicuss bevore we arrived and even if the reception was closed, he picked up the phone and answered all questions. The breakfast was helt in the hotelroom because there is no dining room but breakfast at the hotelroom was very nice.you get a multiple choise paper form where you can pick your breakfast. Quite nice. The room was Clean and neat and every day came a Maid who cleaned the room, gave us new towels and made up our beds. At least we can say: thank you very much and we Always would book this Hotel again.

The staff here are very helpful, welcoming and friendly and helped us with anything we needed. The location is close to the Vatican and has a metro link very close by which was handy. The neighbourhood was very nice and active, we always felt safe and there were great places around to stop and eat/drink. The bed was spacious and very comfy and the air conditioning was great to come back to after a long day! The room had everything we needed, safe, fridge, tv and was really clean and well maintained.

I loved how chic and cozy was the room! Very clean, very close to Vatican and staff was great. You had the feeling like you are at home. Space was amazing for 3 adults 2 kids. Everyone had their side of the bed which worked amazing! Overall I will give a 10/10 and if I ever come back to Rome I sure will return back to this guest house! It’s great. Andreea

Great location-near metro, many eating establishments and Vatican. Building elevator was very nice and convenient to have on the property to take suitcases up and down. Rooms were clean, insulated and quiet, from neighbors and street noise.
